Sephora Middle East is seeking an experienced Events and Experience Manager to lead and deliver all regional events and experiential moments. You will coordinate with internal teams, agencies, brands and external partners to ensure flawless execution across the year.

The role requires strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder management, with fluency in Arabic and English. Travel across the region is expected, and PowerPoint/Excel skills are essential for reporting and presentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills required.

• Define and execute full-year events and experiences calendar for Sephora Middle East.
• Align planning with business objectives and key moments throughout the year.
• Manage all aspects of events including pre-production logistics and onsite execution.
