About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, well-connected PR, Communications & Partnerships Specialist to strengthen our corporate reputation, expand our media presence, and increase the visibility of our executives within the real estate industry.

The ideal candidate has an established UAE media network and a proven ability to secure interviews, editorial coverage, podcast appearances, speaking opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies for corporate positioning, project launches, and brand awareness.
• Build relationships with UAE journalists, editors, media outlets, podcast hosts, radio producers, and industry influencers.
• Secure media coverage, executive interviews, podcast appearances, radio features, and speaking engagements.
• Prepare press releases, media pitches, corporate announcements, and thought leadership content in English and Arabic.
• Arrange executive interviews, conference participation, industry panels, and discussions with prominent business leaders.
• Establish strategic partnerships with media organizations, industry associations, event organizers, and influential personalities.
• Support PR campaigns, corporate events, industry awards, and major company announcements.
• Maintain consistent corporate messaging, monitor media coverage, and support reputation management when required.
• Track media placements, partnerships, and PR performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, media relations, corporate communications, or strategic partnerships.
• Experience in UAE real estate, luxury brands, or corporate PR is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Established relationships with UAE media professionals, journalists, podcast hosts, and radio producers.
• Proven track record of securing high-quality media coverage, executive interviews, and speaking opportunities.
• Strong networking, storytelling, media pitching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
• Confidence communicating with senior executives and high-profile industry professionals.
