Talent Bridge Dubai is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive PPE and industrial safety solutions across UAE construction and oil & gas sectors. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, and build relationships with procurement teams and HSE managers.

The role requires deep market knowledge, a proven track record of closing high-value deals, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced B2B environment. Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in PPE, safety equipment, MEP, or industrial products.
• Existing network in the UAE construction and/or oil & gas industries.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Aufgaben

• Develop and close new business opportunities across construction, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
• Build and nurture relationships with procurement teams, HSE managers, and decision-makers.
• Promote PPE and industrial safety solutions aligned with local regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and product demos to understand technical needs.
• Own the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to negotiation, proposal, and closing.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends to refine positioning.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions and networking events.
