Job summary

NAFFCO is seeking a Costing & Estimation Officer specialising in Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to deliver accurate costings and competitive quotations. You will analyse designs, materials and client requirements to build robust cost models and partner with procurement, sales and production to ensure margins and timelines are met.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in costing or commercial roles within PPE or safety equipment manufacturing, with strong MS Office and ERP experience,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in costing, estimation, or commercial roles.
• Degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP or costing software is a plus.
• Experience in PPE or safety equipment manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimations and quotations for PPE products.
• Analyse specifications to determine component and production costs.
• Collaborate with procurement and production to update costing models.
• Support cost reduction and value engineering for PPE portfolios.
• Prepare bid documentation for tenders and proposals.
• Liaise with sales, engineering, procurement and operations to meet margins.
