Job summary

AirQ Limited in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Powertrain Engineer to own ICE powertrain integration from concept through validation, collaborating with mechanical, electrical, controls and supply chain teams. You will design and validate system architecture for propulsion and drivetrain subsystems, manage engine mounting, gearboxes, lubrication and accessory interfaces, and ensure robust integration.

The ideal candidate has a Mechanical Engineering degree and at least five years of hands-on ICE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of powertrain/ drivetrain experience.
• Hands-on experience with internal combustion engines and integration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ICE powertrain integration within platforms.
• Define and maintain propulsion system architecture.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and supply chain teams.
