REAPHR is seeking an experienced Senior EV Powertrain & Battery Systems Engineer to lead electrical architecture and powertrain development for electric go-karts and prototype vehicles in Al Ain, UAE. The role focuses on selecting, designing, and integrating batteries, BMS, motors, and controllers while ensuring safety and performance through testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in EV Powertrain/Powertrain design and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead EV powertrain architecture and integration for go-karts and prototypes.
• Design complete EV powertrain including batteries, BMS, motors, controllers and protection.
• Select and configure traction motors and gear ratios based on vehicle requirements.
• Conduct torque, power, RPM calculations and electrical power flow studies.
• Collaborate with suppliers for motors, batteries and controllers.
