Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Power Distribution Operations professional in Ras Al Khaimah to monitor faults, coordinate shifts, and support maintenance and emergency activities. You will prepare daily reports and handle customer inquiries related to power services.

The role requires 0–4 years of experience, a technical electrical background, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with a shift-based work environment. UAE-based, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Technical high school qualification or relevant electrical/power background.
• 0–4 years' experience in power-industry operations, maintenance or related field.
• Understanding of electrical/power distribution operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a shift-based operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on faults, malfunctions and interruptions within the electricity distribution network.
• Coordinate operational and emergency activities during shifts.
• Ensure effective shift handover and takeover of pending operational activities.
• Prepare daily shift and operational reports.
• Handle and coordinate customer enquiries and complaints relating to power services.
• Maintain accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, faults and system performance.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and support achievement of O&M targets.
• Coordinate with field/O&M teams for timely resolution of network issues.
• Support implementation of operational procedures, safety requirements and company policies.
