Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Power Block Operator - CSP to manage operations and monitor equipment, ensuring prep work for upkeep and normalisation after tasks in a Dubai-based plant. You will coordinate with Control Room Operators and Change Supervisors to maintain safety and efficiency on site.

You will participate in start-up activities, perform rounds, document data, and assist in HSSEQ policy improvements while ensuring adherence to PTW and LOTO procedures and emergency response plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Technical Certificate.
• Bachelor in Design is advised.
• Proven experience in the O&M of power plants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out operation and track equipment in area, seclusion and prep work for upkeep.
• Engage in plant start-up, discuss with Control Room Operators, and follow PTW/LOTO rules.
• Perform routine rounds, report irregularities, and supervise subcontractors for safety.

Skills

Proven experience in the O&M of power
