Job summary

Flip retail in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Plant Operator to run and monitor process plant and centers in the assigned location, following operating procedures and HSE standards. The role requires ensuring safety and quality in line with SOPs.

Responsibilities include overseeing raw material receipt and quality checks, inspecting equipment, adjusting process parameters, preparing plant for maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Block Device Driver.
• Knowledge in safety.
• Need to have ability to work under stress.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor process plant and centers in the appointed location based on SOP and HSE standards.
• Execute designated Functional job safely to designated criteria in accordance with SOPs.
• Oversee the raw materials brought into the plant and ensure required quality checks are completed.
• Inspect equipment for abnormalities and report issues to maintenance.
• Adjust rates, temperatures, pressures, and flow to ensure proper start-up/shutdown.
• Prepare plant/tools for maintenance and ensure proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental policies and guidelines.
• Coordinate with the Manager to perform duties efficiently and safely.
• Take system samples as advised and send to quality division for assessment.
• Record and generate reports of production quality and quantities for management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education

Technical Diploma in Civil/ Electrical field or ITI

More than 4 Years relevant experience
