Jobskey Search and Selection is recruiting an experienced Plant Manager Poultry Pre-Mix for a prominent manufacturing client in Dubai. You will lead the poultry premix plant, drive efficiency, quality, and safety, and oversee new lines setup and ongoing operations.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on setup experience, and the ability to coordinate R&D, procurement, and production planning while maintaining high standards of health and safety.

Qualifications

• Leadership required with hands-on plant management experience in poultry premix production.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete operations of the Poultry Pre-Mix plant.
• Lead setup and commissioning of new production lines and equipment.
• Optimize production processes for efficiency, quality and cost targets.
• Monitor material usage, inventory, and production planning.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards compliance.
• Coordinate with R&D and procurement for formulation and sourcing.
• Train and lead plant staff for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Prepare reports on plant performance and quality metrics.
