Job summary

AppliedAI, based in Abu Dhabi, seeks a Business Analyst to join the Opus delivery team. You will map current-state processes, document requirements, and collaborate with AI Solutions Consultants and Project Managers to produce automated workflows powered by agentic AI.

You’ll capture structured notes, support discovery sessions, and help convert insights into actionable documentation, ensuring alignment with client needs and project timelines.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a business analyst, business operations, or process improvement role.
• Exposure to client-facing work or cross-functional project delivery is a plus.
• Prior experience in a regulated industry (banking, insurance, healthcare, government) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Process Mapping: map current-state processes and build shared process maps.
• Documentation & Coordination: maintain accurate process docs and organize outputs for teams.
• Delivery Support: assist Project Managers and Consultants to keep discovery on schedule and validate outputs.
