Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the UAE is seeking an experienced Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our team on high-profile projects across hospitality, residential and infrastructure in Abu Dhabi. You will handle post‑contract commercial administration, cost reporting, variations and final accounts, and attend key commercial meetings with design and client teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Quantity Surveying, 5+ years post‑degree experience, and proficiency with CostX or similar QS software.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years post-degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
Knowledge of QS software CostX or similar.

Responsibilities

Post Contract Commercial Contract Administration including re-measurement, interim and final account payments.
Prepare Monthly Cost Reports and manage variations, contractor claims, and provisional sums.
Attend design and commercial meetings and manage insurances and bonds.
