Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a banking or lending environment.
• Understanding of corporate banking portfolios and capital efficiency.
• Knowledge of Risk-Weighted Asset (RWA) drivers and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize loan and insurance-supported portfolios.
• Contribute to balance sheet optimization and management decisions.
• Prepare and deliver portfolio dashboards for monitoring and reports.
• Act as a contact for internal stakeholders and coordinate with external parties.
