Job summary

Strong leadership and governance experience are essential. The role involves managing relationships with portfolio company leadership, external partners, and supporting fundraising, investor relations, and exit strategies.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will bring senior leadership experience within investment management, private equity, or family office environments.
• Strong exposure to portfolio oversight and value creation is essential.
• Experience operating in the UAE or GCC markets is highly advantageous.
• The candidate must demonstrate commercial judgment, governance maturity, and stakeholder credibility.
• Strong financial acumen and board-level communication skills are required.

Responsibilities
