Job summary

Fairmont Ajman is seeking an Assistant Manager - Pool & Beach Bar to lead daily pool and beach bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest engagement. You will supervise staff, coordinate promotions, and oversee hygiene, safety, and brand standards within a luxury resort environment.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will help manage budgets, monitor costs, and deliver memorable guest experiences while upselling offerings and maintaining high service rituals across the

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in luxury or upscale Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven experience in pool, beach, or resort environments preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the pool and beach bar to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained across all areas.
• Support in planning and executing promotions, events, and seasonal activities to enhance guest engagement.
• Supervise and motivate the team, ensuring productivity and positive morale.
• Conduct daily briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
