Job summary

RIXOS Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant to welcome guests, assist with seating, and provide towels and other amenities, ensuring a warm, flawless guest arrival.

You will monitor pool and beach areas for safety, maintain spotless facilities, manage towel inventory, and coordinate with lifeguards, housekeeping, and F&B to deliver a seamless experience while supporting eco-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Hospitality, recreation, or customer service background is advantageous.
• Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items outdoors for extended periods.
• Customer service and teamwork are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Assistance Greet guests warmly assist with seating arrangements and provide towels umbrellas and other amenities Safety amp Supervision Monitor pool and beach areas to ensure guest safety and adherence to hotel policies and safety regulations Report any hazards or emergencies immediately Cleanliness amp Maintenance Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck beach areas lounge chairs and other recreational facilities Ensure all poolside and beachfront furniture is arranged neatly Towel Service Distribute and collect towels keeping an accurate record of inventory and ensuring the availability of clean towels for guests Pool amp Beach Setup Arrange loungers umbrellas cabanas and beach furniture according to guest needs and property standards Water Safety amp Quality Report any water quality concerns to the appropriate department to ensure proper chemical balance and hygiene standards are maintained Equipment amp Supplies Management Ensure that all pool and beach equipment is in good working condition Report any damages or maintenance requirements Lost amp Found Follow the hotel s lost and found procedures for any items left behind by guests Service Coordination Work closely with lifeguards housekeeping and food amp beverage teams to enhance the guest experience Sustainability amp Environmental Responsibility Promote eco-friendly practices by minimizing waste reducing plastic use and following sustainable water conservation practices

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, or customer service roles is an advantage.
