Job summary

InsuranceMarket.ae™ seeks a Policy & Procedures Manager - Quality & Governance to lead organisation-wide governance, documentation, and standardisation of policies, procedures, and processes across departments. You will ensure UAE regulatory alignment, audit-ready records, and structured change management, partnering with stakeholders to drive adoption.

The role focuses on policy writing, version control, templates, and governance controls to support risk mitigation and client service excellence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in governance, policy management, compliance, or documentation.
• Experience in insurance brokerage or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end creation and publishing of policies, procedures, SOPs, SLAs, and governance documents.
• Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory requirements, internal governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Maintain a centralised P&P repository with version control, approvals, and audit-ready traceability.
• Drive annual and adhoc review cycles to keep documentation current and compliant.
• Standardise P&P across Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Compliance, Product and Support.
• Collaborate with heads of departments to gather requirements and validate documentation.
• Embed governance checkpoints, risk controls, and compliance into all P&P.
