Job summary

We One is seeking a senior leader to design, implement and continuously improve Quality, Risk and Governance frameworks across the organization in the UAE. The role ensures robust enterprise risk management, ISO-aligned quality systems and data-driven performance management while driving continuous improvement and digital enablement.

You will embed a culture of quality and risk awareness, align with corporate strategy, enhance customer satisfaction, and position the company for excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality management, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is desirable.
• ISO Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Risk management certification (CRMP / ISO 31000) is preferred.
• 8 years of experience in quality management, CI or related roles.
• Experience with ISO implementation, audit management and risk frameworks.
• Experience in multi-service environments (e.g., FM, outsourcing, security, recruitment) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise risk management framework across all units.
• Establish business continuity plans for operational resilience.
• Own ISO and quality certifications, ensure audit readiness.
• Lead internal and external audit programs and corrective actions.
• Define and implement a Quality Management System aligned to ISO/EFQM.
• Drive a structured Continuous Improvement program and KPI tracking.
• Establish enterprise KPI frameworks and performance dashboards.
• Oversee risk and internal control frameworks including risk appetite and reporting.
• Lead process re-engineering to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Drive digital enablement of quality and risk processes and systems.
• Manage stakeholder feedback and translate insights into improvements.
• Promote culture of quality, risk awareness and change adoption.
