Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed vehicle sales targets while delivering premium customer experience.
Develop relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Deliver engaging product presentations on Polestar and EV technologies.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores; contribute to CSI/CE scores.
Utilize sales systems to manage a healthy customer pipeline.
Complete all sales documentation, cash handling, and credit procedures per policy.
Stay updated on product developments and EV infrastructure advancements.
Collaborate with Space team to create memorable customer experiences.
