Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotation program across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and HR.
• Gain hands-on experience in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Develop understanding of Hitachi's products, services, and corporate culture.
• Receive mentorship from experienced leaders and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Support the PMO Manager in daily management and governance of the project portfolio.
• Monitor project KPIs like revenue, OBL, OTD, forecast accuracy, COPQ, risks/opportunities and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with PMO processes and governance requirements.
• Consolidate portfolio information to identify critical or high-risk projects.
• Support implementation and improvement of PMO processes and digital tools.
• AI & Digital Transformation – identify opportunities to use AI to improve PMO processes.
• Process Improvement & Digitalization – drive process improvements and digitalization efforts.

Qualifications
