Job summary

JobCenter in Abu-Dhabi seeks a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale construction projects. The role requires at least 5 years of construction management experience, leadership skills, and proficiency with project management software.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance while coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers in the Gulf region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
• Experience working on large-scale projects in the Gulf region preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations and quality standards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against them.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Manage project budget and ensure cost control measures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular project updates.
• Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the course of the project.
