Job summary

FamilyFirst Qatar is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors, engineers and architects to deliver high‑quality outcomes on time.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, a minimum of five years of PM experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, and proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of construction projects.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee project budgets to keep costs within approved limits.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to inspect work and address issues.
• Coordinate with engineers and architects to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
• Manage project documentation such as contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on all construction sites.
