Job summary

finera. seeks an experienced PMO to be the COO's central focal point, coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales and Compliance to optimize the Payment Integration Lifecycle.

You will translate strategic vision into a structured, visible execution roadmap, design real-time dashboards (Jira/Monday/Tableau), and lead weekly cross-functional synchronization to resolve dependencies. This role requires 5+ years in PM/Program Management with fintech focus and a track record delivering complex

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Project/Program Management, with 3+ years in Fintech/Payments/Orchestration.
• Strong understanding of API-based architectures, Webhooks and payment flow logic.
• Proven ability to lead 2+ person teams and manage cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Act as the "Single Source of Truth" for the COO with a consolidated view of global projects.
• Own end-to-end PSP/Bank integrations from API review to production go-live.
• Ensure PCI DSS, PSD2 and jurisdiction-specific regulatory compliance.
