Job summary

Wood is recruiting for a PMC HSE Design Technical Safety Specialist to support the ADNOC Offshore project in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based at the client office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with responsibilities spanning Technical Safety expertise and coordination with EPC Contractors.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and 15+ years of relevant oil and gas offshore experience, with PMC exposure highly preferable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• 15+ years of relevant oil, gas offshore experience desired.
• PMC experience is highly preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in all Technical Safety matters and ensure design and engineering compliance with ADNOC standards.
• Coordinate and monitor Technical Safety design with EPC Contractor across the project.
• Perform regular technical reviews of safety deliverables to ensure code compliance.
