• Experience producing detailed plumbing shop and isometric drawings.
• Familiar with codes and authority requirements for plumbing projects.
• Ability to identify clashes and coordinate with other disciplines.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed plumbing shop drawings and installation drawings.
• Develop water supply, drainage, sanitary, and storm-water layouts.
• Prepare isometric drawings, schematic diagrams, and riser diagrams.
• Coordinate drawings with HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, and architectural services.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specs and standards.
• Review architectural and MEP drawings to identify clashes.
• Incorporate consultant/client comments and revise drawings accordingly.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site changes and installations.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers, site teams, and other MEP disciplines.
• Support site teams with technical drawings and clarifications during installation.
• Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and registers.
• Experienced in residential, commercial, high-rise, and infrastructure projects.
