Job summary

Zohorecruit in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an HVAC Draftsman to prepare detailed HVAC drawings and layouts for building and MEP projects. You will develop accurate technical drawings from engineering designs, specifications, and site requirements.

The role involves coordinating with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and architectural teams, updating drawings for site changes, and using AutoCAD and BIM software to ensure compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• Detail HVAC shop, installation and as-built drawings.
• Develop layouts for ductwork, chilled water piping, FCU, AHU, ventilation and exhaust systems.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, fire fighting and architectural services.
• Modify drawings per consultant/client comments and site requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions and specs.
• Coordinate with engineers, BIM modelers and site teams.
• Maintain drawing revisions and update per site changes.
• Use AutoCAD and MEP/BIM software for drafting and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed HVAC drawings and layouts.
• Develop coordination drawings and ensure cross-discipline alignment.
• Update drawings to reflect field changes and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with project standards and technical requirements.
• Review and revise drawings based on comments from consultants.
