Job summary

Masdar, Abu Dhabi-based, is seeking a senior leadership role to own the end-to-end digital thread from deal origination to asset performance. The position centers on integrating Masdar’s contracts, engineering records, and due-diligence files into structured data, while leading product and lifecycle management across platforms.

You will drive enterprise document platforms, deploy AI-driven workflows, and ensure governance, scaling across ERP integrations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 14–18+ years in enterprise systems and product/platform ownership.
• Hands-on AI-driven document workflows and agent-based orchestration.
• API-first architecture and ERP integration across finance, procurement, and engineering.
• Operational reporting via SaaS + Power BI and external delivery partners.
• Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end platform portfolio across investment planning, engineering design, permitting, tendering, project execution, asset and portfolio management.
• Own enterprise document and contract-lifecycle platforms (Legal/CLM, engineering document control, M&A and due-diligence documentation).
• Define and maintain a single product roadmap aligned to business priorities for the investment lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance, traceability, and governance across transactional platforms and the document estate.
• Lead Agile delivery through system integrators and SaaS vendors with structured release cycles.
