Job summary

Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company) seeks an senior leader to own the end-to-end digital thread across investment planning to asset performance. You will guide contract/document lifecycle platforms and drive a unified, data-driven approach for capital decisions.

You will also lead agile delivery with system integrators and SaaS vendors, ensuring governance, cost discipline, and scalable AI-enabled workflows across ERP and document management ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technology/engineering/finance field with strong analytics.
• Senior-level experience in enterprise product ownership and platform deployments.
• Proven track record delivering AI-enabled document workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end platform portfolio across investment planning, design, and execution.
• Define and maintain a single product roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Deliver AI-driven document workflows with structured, auditable outputs.
