Role Description

The Plastic Surgeon will provide comprehensive surgical and non‑surgical aesthetic and reconstructive services to patients in an on‑site setting at our Dubai clinic. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include conducting consultations, assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and performing procedures such as cosmetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, and minor outpatient interventions. The role involves pre‑operative evaluation, intra‑operative care, and post‑operative follow‑up, ensuring high standards of safety, clinical quality, and patient satisfaction. The Plastic Surgeon will collaborate with other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate medical records, and stay up to date with advancements in plastic and cosmetic surgery. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Medicine and Surgery, with proven clinical decision‑making skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in Plastic Surgery, including both aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Proficiency in Cosmetic Surgery techniques and a solid understanding of facial and body contouring procedures.
• Experience in Microsurgery and advanced surgical techniques for complex reconstructive cases.
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completed residency/fellowship in Plastic Surgery; board certification or eligibility in Plastic Surgery preferred.
• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong patient communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes clearly and compassionately.
• Commitment to ethical practice, infection control, and adherence to clinical safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Prior experience in a health/beauty or aesthetic clinic setting is an advantage.
