Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Helper in the Ready-Mix Concrete / Construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of concrete handling and site activities.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors.
• Ability to handle basic tools safely.
• Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts.
• Good discipline, teamwork and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ready-mix concrete loading, unloading, handling, placing, and related site activities.
• Support masons, operators, drivers, and supervisors during concrete operations.
• Prepare work areas, tools, materials and equipment before operations.
• Help clean and maintain concrete mixers, chutes, tools and equipment.
• Assist during concrete pouring, leveling, spreading, and finishing.
• Handle construction materials and tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the work area and equipment.
• Follow supervisor instructions and support daily tasks.
• Report equipment issues, material shortages, spills, or unsafe conditions.
• Strictly follow site safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in ready-mix concrete loading, unloading, handling, placing, and related site activities.

• Support masons, operators, drivers, and supervisors during concrete operations.

• Assist with preparation of work areas, tools, materials, and equipment before operations.

• Help in cleaning and maintaining concrete mixers, chutes, tools, and related equipment.

• Assist during concrete pouring, leveling, spreading, and finishing activities as instructed.

• Handle construction materials and tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the work area and equipment.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and support the team in completing daily tasks.

• Report equipment issues, material shortages, spills, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

• Strictly follow site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and RMC handling practices.
