Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Work Structuring: Develop and maintain a centralized department plan covering all initiatives and operational activities.

- Ensure all workstreams are properly planned, documented, and aligned with department objectives.
- Execution Tracking & Control: Track progress of all tasks, actions, and deliverables across teams.
- Execution Tracking & Control: Maintain visibility on pending, ongoing, and completed activities.
- Execution Tracking & Control: Identify delays, gaps, and risks, and escalation where required.
- Execution Tracking & Control: Ensure deadlines are respected and follow‑up actions are completed.
- Operational Discipline & Standards: Ensure all meetings result in clear actions, assigned owners, and defined timelines.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in planning, operations support, or similar roles.
- Experience in structured environments (PMO, operations, or consulting) is preferred.
- Exposure to IT, cloud, or infrastructure environments is an advantage.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Director of Cloud & Infrastructure or Director’s Office.
