Job summary

UHRS in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Planning Engineer to develop baseline programs, update master schedules with Primavera P6, and monitor progress on roads and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, has at least five years UAE experience, is familiar with contract conditions, and holds a UAE driving license; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Planning Engineering experience in UAE roads & infrastructure.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 for master schedules and baselines.
• Knowledge of various Conditions of Contract.
• UAE driving license is essential.
• French and/or Arabic language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage baseline programs, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop and update project master schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor construction progress, submittals, material deliveries, procurement, and productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Develop project cash flow and forecasts.
• Conduct schedule monitoring and identify deviations from the baseline.
• Support extension of time assessments and forensic planning/delay analysis.
• Ensure planning activities support timely project delivery and contractual obligations.
