We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with an MEP background to lead multidisciplinary projects from planning to completion.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Construction Planner to develop, manage, and monitor project schedules across multiple projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure alignment between planning, execution, and contractual requirements while proactively identifying risks and optimizing project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 in line with project scope and contractual milestones.
• Define work breakdown structures (WBS), critical paths, and project sequencing.
• Monitor project progress and update schedules based on site inputs and actual performance.
• Identify delays, risks, and constraints, and recommend corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to ensure schedule alignment.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and planning analyses for internal and client reporting.
• Support tendering and pre-contract teams by preparing baseline programs and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, client specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Analyze productivity, resource allocation, and workflow efficiency to improve project performance.
• Maintain proper documentation of schedule revisions, delays, and claims-related records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Planner in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and MS Project.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and project lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and project workflows.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in water, infrastructure, MEP, or landscape-related projects.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts, delay analysis, and claims management.
• PMP or Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with consultants, developers, and government entities in the UAE.
