Job summary

Dashco Middle East is seeking a Planning Engineer with extensive experience in construction planning and project controls across civil and structural steel projects in Dubai. You will develop and manage schedules, monitor progress, and support teams with timely planning and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and 6+ years of relevant experience, with strong Primavera P6 skills and knowledge of project controls, delay analysis, TIA, EOT, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 6+ years' experience in construction planning and scheduling.
• Strong experience in civil and structural steel construction.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline and detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare WBS milestones, critical paths and activity sequences.
• Monitor actual progress against baselines and forecast delays.
• Conduct delay analysis and prepare Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
• Support EOT delay and disruption claims.
• Develop recovery and acceleration programs when required.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards.
