Role Description

The Planning Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project plans and schedules for engineering and construction projects. The role involves preparing detailed work breakdown structures, timelines, and resource allocations, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives. The Planning Engineer will track project progress, analyze deviations, and prepare regular reports on schedule performance, productivity, and risks, recommending corrective actions when needed. Daily tasks include supporting project control activities, maintaining planning and scheduling software data, and contributing to tender and proposal schedules as required. The role also requires effective communication with internal teams and clients to ensure transparency on project status and deliverables.
