Job summary

AJMAL PERFUMES MANUFACTURING AND OUDH PROCESSING in Dubai is seeking a highly analytical Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain Planning team. The role supports material and production planning, demand forecasting, data analysis and management reporting.

The ideal candidate will have advanced MS Excel, forecasting experience, and SAP proficiency, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Advanced in MS Excel with statistical and forecasting functions.
• Solid SAP background including MD04 & COOISPI.
• Experience in manufacturing planning and data visualization for management.

Responsibilities

• Supply and production planning; convert forecast data into a robust demand plan.
• Maintain SAP data: planned orders, reservations, BOM accuracy and MD04/ COOISPI.
• Explore data with statistics to support management reports and policy decisions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize production planning and reporting.
