Requirements

• 3–8 years’ experience in material/production planning and data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
• Advanced Excel skills (statistical & mathematical functions)
• Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, PPT)
• Familiarity with SAP master-data maintenance and MRP processes
• Good understanding of manufacturing operations and end-to-end supply-chain functions

Responsibilities

Material & Production Planning

• Ensure all products meet sales forecasts and are in storage 3 months before each quarter
• Prepare production plans and coordinate PM & bulk availability for next cycle
• Develop priority production lists and manage transfers within agreed TAT
• Perform other planning tasks as assigned by supervisor

Data Exploration & Analysis

• Use statistical tools to explore data, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Create and revise reports per management request
• Maintain accurate master-data parameters in SAP
