Job summary

JLL Project & Development Services - MENA is seeking an experienced Planner to join the Dubai-based on-site team. You will develop, monitor and maintain comprehensive construction schedules to ensure timely completion of projects, while optimizing resources and identifying risks.

The role requires 3–5 years of planning experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. PMI-SP/PSP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of construction planning experience and knowledge of CPM scheduling.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents and subcontractors to set realistic timelines.
• Maintain and update project schedules through the construction lifecycle.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and field ops to ensure schedule alignment.
• Track progress against baselines and identify risks with mitigation plans.
