Job description

We are hiring a passionate and skilled Pizza Senior CDP to lead our pizza station. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in dough preparation, baking techniques, and is confident in managing high-volume service while maintaining top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Take full ownership of the pizza section from dough prep to final plating.
  2. Prepare hand-stretched, stone-baked pizzas with precision and consistency.
  3. Ensure toppings are fresh, portioned accurately, and presented well.
  4. Maintain and monitor proper proofing, stretching, and baking techniques.
  5. Train and guide junior kitchen staff within the pizza section.
  6. Maintain cleanliness, stock levels, and HACCP compliance at all times.
  7. Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef for service coordination.
  8. Participate in new pizza concept testing and seasonal menu updates.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a professional pizza kitchen.
  2. High School diploma or higher in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
  3. HACCP Certification with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene.
  4. Skilled in dough handling, oven operation, and Italian pizza techniques.
  5. Fast, efficient, and able to maintain quality during peak hours.
  6. Team-oriented with good leadership and communication skills.
  7. Passionate about authentic pizza and culinary creativity.
