AWJ in Dubai is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for our Pizza station. You will produce high-quality pizzas with consistency and speed, working closely with the Head Chef in a fast-paced environment to delight guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie in a kitchen environment.
• Solid knowledge of dough, toppings and pizza cooking techniques.
• Strong hygiene and food safety practices (CDC/HAACP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas to exact recipes and standards.
• Manage your pizza station efficiently during service.
• Ensure fresh, safe and visually appealing dishes.
• Maintain high kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory and stock rotation.
• Train kitchen team members when needed.
• Adapt items based on seasonal or promotional changes.
