Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a skilled Asset Integrity professional to coordinate the Integrity Management System (IMS) and IMP updates across facilities in Abu Dhabi. You will ensure data quality, drive risk assessments, and support audits and RCA efforts to maintain facility reliability and safety.

You will work with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering teams to implement procedures, monitor integrity of plant equipment, and produce regular management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering field.
• 6 years of experience in asset integrity or related field.
• Experience with IMS and integrity procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation and maintenance of the IMS database and applications.
• Coordinate data gathering and data quality checks before updating the database.
• Coordinate the issuance and regular review/update of the written Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all facilities through the IMS software solution, coordinate implementation of the Plan (IMP) and evaluate effectiveness through verifications or audits.
• Ensure regular updates of procedures for implementing the IMS solution, coordinate risk assessments and threat analyses for pipeline segments to update IMS manuals.
• Monitor pro-actively technical integrity of plant equipment and highlight overdue items, critical recommendations and plant failures to the Operating Authority.
• Identify integrity related issues and coordinate their resolution; determine IMP re-assessment intervals and methods for all assets.
• Follow-up implementation of approved recommendations through site visits to ensure activities are carried out according to recommendations.
• Establish consistent integrity reporting formats and interface with other disciplines to resolve data interpretation challenges and gather feedback.
• Participate in HAZOP studies involving new electrical equipment and assess integrity assurance feasibility.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of incidents.
• Participate or facilitate Audits as per the Framework and track audit actions.
• Coordinate the issuance of quarterly Integrity reports for Management & Shareholders and weekly integrity reports.
