Mediclinic International seeks a Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Manager to standardise and grow the service line across a regional cluster. You will provide leadership on quality and governance of the physiotherapy program, aligning clinical services with operational strategies.

The role requires a licensed physiotherapist with 8+ years’ experience, including 4+ years in leadership, and a current UAE practice license. BLS/ACLS are required as part of the credentialing for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years as a physiotherapist.
• At least 4 years in leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
• Current license to practice; BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Standardise and grow the divisional Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation service line across the assigned cluster; ensure efficiencies and governance.
• Drive innovation and reposition to an integrated R&P programme through cross functional collaboration with stakeholders.
