Job summary

NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to provide clinical leadership, oversee a dedicated team, and drive multidisciplinary patient care. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safe treatment, and promote evidence-based practices.

The role requires 8+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting with 2+ years in leadership, English fluency, and UAE licensure. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid UAE license (DOH/DHA/MOH).
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience in a reputed hospital setting.
• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise physiotherapy staff within the department.
• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor clinical progress and documentation for quality care.
• Coordinate departmental schedules and patient appointments.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and infection-control standards.
• Participate in audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and budgeting.
