Nmc Group is seeking a senior physiotherapist with strong clinical leadership to guide a multidisciplinary team in Abu Dhabi. You will deliver evidence-based care, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with UAE licensing and hospital policies.

Responsibilities include optimizing patient flow, developing treatment plans, monitoring outcomes, and driving service improvements while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy.
• Valid UAE license (DOH/DHA/MOH).
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Experience in multidisciplinary settings.
• Fluent in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise physiotherapists and support staff within the department.
• Assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress.
• Ensure high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services and patient care.
• Coordinate departmental schedules, patient appointments, and staff assignments.
• Provide clinical guidance, mentoring, and training to physiotherapy staff.
• Monitor documentation, treatment outcomes, and departmental performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection-control standards, and organizational policies.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support multidisciplinary patient care.
• Address patient concerns and support continuous improvement in service quality.
• Assist with departmental budgeting, equipment management, and resource planning.
• Participate in audits, quality-improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
