Job description

Role Overview

Physics Secondary Teacher – CBSE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Full‑time teaching role for a qualified physics teacher with at least one year of UAE school experience. Salary range: 7,000–10,000 AED per month. Immediate joiner required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach physics to secondary students in line with CBSE curriculum standards and school academic expectations.
  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that build conceptual clarity, scientific reasoning, practical understanding, and exam readiness.
  • Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, teaching resources, assignments, assessments, and revision materials.
  • Support students in understanding core physics concepts including mechanics, electricity, magnetism, waves, optics, heat, energy, and modern physics.
  • Use practical demonstrations, experiments, simulations, and inquiry‑based activities to make physics learning meaningful.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve academic performance.
  • Design assessment tasks that measure knowledge, application, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving ability.
  • Support curriculum development and keep updated with current educational trends, teaching strategies, and CBSE assessment expectations.
  • Maintain high standards of classroom management, student discipline, and academic engagement.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership in lesson delivery, student guidance, and departmental contribution.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and school leadership regarding student progress and learning needs.
  • Maintain accurate academic records, assessment data, attendance, reports, and curriculum documentation.
  • Follow KHDA regulations, school policies, safeguarding expectations, and student welfare procedures.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, school events, and academic improvement initiatives.

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Physics or a relevant subject.
