Job summary

Neatly is seeking a talented Photographer & Video Editor to join the Neatly Homes team in Dubai. You will capture and produce high-quality visual content of properties and services across Dubai, helping clients experience the Neatly Homes brand.

The role requires 2+ years in real estate photography and video editing, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop and Premiere Pro. You will own gear, maintain a content library, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional photography and video editing experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing real estate or interior photography.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
Own professional camera equipment.
Valid UAE residency or ability to obtain a work permit.
Valid UAE driving licence.

Responsibilities

Photograph residential and commercial properties at handover, post-cleaning, and marketing stages.
Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, listings, and client reports.
Capture aerial photography and videography using a drone (where applicable).
Edit and retouch photos to a professional standard using Adobe Lightroom / Photoshop.
Edit videos using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent — including colour grading, music, and captions.
Deliver polished content within tight turnaround times to meet listing and campaign deadlines.
Maintain an organised content library and assist with content planning for the marketing team.
