Job summary

Knight Frank Middle East is seeking an experienced Photographer to capture high-quality property, architectural, interior and lifestyle imagery for our Prime Residential portfolio in Dubai.

You will work closely with Residential, Marketing & Marcomms teams to ensure brand-consistent visuals across digital portals, social media, campaigns and brochures, while meeting deadlines and adapting to lighting conditions.

Overview

Knight Frank's Prime Residential business is continuing to grow; we are looking to appoint an experienced Photographer to support the delivery of exceptional visual content across our Prime Residential portfolio.

The Photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality property, architectural, interior and lifestyle imagery that presents each instruction to the highest possible standard. Working closely with the Residential, Marketing & wider Marcomms teams, the role will help ensure that every property is represented through compelling, sophisticated and brand-consistent visual content across digital portals, social media, marketing campaigns, brochures and other client-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Property Photography & Visual Production

• Photograph Prime Residential properties to a consistently high standard.
• Capture interior, exterior, architectural and lifestyle imagery.
• Apply strong composition, lighting and perspective techniques.
• Plan shoots around property features, staging and natural light.
• Highlight key details, finishes, views and amenities.
• Manage multiple shoots efficiently and to deadline.

Post-Production & Image Management

• Edit, retouch and colour-correct imagery using Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Apply perspective correction, exposure blending and image enhancement.
• Prepare imagery for print, web, portals and social media.
• Maintain consistent editing and visual standards.
• Organise and maintain photography files and image libraries.
• Deliver final imagery within agreed timelines.

Brand, Marketing & Digital Content

• Ensure photography meets Knight Frank brand standards.
• Deliver imagery aligned with Prime Residential positioning.
• Support property launches, campaigns and social content.
• Adapt imagery for different digital and print channels.
• Recommend creative approaches to property presentation.
• Support wider Residential photography requirements where needed.

Stakeholder & Shoot Coordination

• Liaise professionally with agents, clients and property stakeholders.
• Coordinate access, timings and shoot requirements.
• Advise on staging, lighting and property presentation.
• Prioritise photography requests against business needs.
• Maintain discretion within private and high-value residences.
• Respond constructively to creative direction and feedback.

Skills and Requirements

Essential

• Minimum 3 years' professional photography experience.
• Strong property, architectural, interior or luxury portfolio.
• Advanced camera, lens and lighting knowledge.
• Strong architectural and interior photography skills.
• Advanced Lightroom and Photoshop capability.
• Strong editing, retouching and colour-correction skills.
• Excellent composition and visual judgement.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Able to work independently across Dubai.
• Flexible around access, weather and lighting conditions.
• Prime or luxury residential photography experience.
• Luxury, hospitality, architecture or interiors experience.
• Knowledge of Dubai’s residential property market.
• Property videography and walkthrough experience.
• Social media content-production experience.
• Drone photography or videography capability, with required UAE approvals.
• 360° photography or virtual-tour experience.
• Premiere Pro or After Effects knowledge.
• UAE driving licence.
