Job summary

TALENT ONE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES in Abu Dhabi seeks a Medications Process Specialist to support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner medication-management applications. The role will act as a functional expert for PharmNet PowerOrders, PowerPlans, PBM and Retail PharmNet, ensuring safe, efficient and standardised pharmacy workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare IT, pharmacy informatics, or clinical application-support experience.
• Hands-on experience with PharmNet PBM, Retail PharmNet, or equivalent systems.
• Strong understanding of medication-management processes and patient safety.
• Experience in application support, testing, implementation and end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner PharmNet PBM, PowerOrders, PowerPlans and Retail PharmNet applications.
• Act as SME for medication-management workflows, pharmacy informatics, and retail pharmacy operations.
• Resolve incidents, analyse issues, and coordinate enhancements with users, IT teams and vendors.
• Support system upgrades, testing, release management and implementation activities.
• Improve medication safety and standardise clinical workflows across pharmacy services.
• Lead or support AI and automation initiatives within pharmacy processes.
• Deliver user training, prepare job aids, and support adoption of new functionality.
• Assist with reporting, compliance, stakeholder engagement and vendor management.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy Health Informatics Computer Science or related field.

• Hands-on experience with PharmNet PBM Retail PharmNet or equivalent pharmacy information systems.
• Strong understanding of medication-management processes pharmacy operations clinical workflows and patient safety.
• Experience in application support testing implementation and end-user training.
• Health Informatics Pharmacy Informatics ITIL PMP or CPHIMS certification is preferred.
• Strong communication analytical customer-service and problem-solving skills.
