Job summary

Kings College Hospital Dubai seeks a high-level leader to own end-to-end governance of the Oracle Health Millennium platform, guiding clinical application delivery and enterprise integration strategy. You will harmonize inpatient, ambulatory, and perioperative workflows while ensuring data integrity and regulatory alignment.

The role requires deep Millennium expertise, HL7/FHIR interoperability knowledge, and proven leadership of cross-disciplinary teams within a healthcare IT setting in the UAE

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical applications management, healthcare IT, or health informatics with Millennium depth.
• 5+ years in senior leadership overseeing clinical application teams, integration architecture, or IT program delivery.
• Proven experience as a Millennium integration architect with HL7 interface design, governance, and cross-system integration.
• Strong understanding of HL7 v2, FHIR R4, CDS Hooks, and interoperability within the Oracle Healthecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership and governance of Oracle Health Millennium platform across inpatient, ambulatory, and perioperative workflows.
• Serve as principal SME for Millennium architecture, configuration standards, domain model, and release management.
• Architect and govern HL7/FHIR integration landscape connecting Millennium with downstream systems (PACS, LIS, MDI/BMDI, pharmacy, RCM, and third-party SaaS).
• Drive adoption of FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR, clinical APIs, and interoperability roadmaps aligned with regulatory requirements (DHA, MOH, NABIDH).
• Establish team operating models and competency standards, and partner with clinical and executive stakeholders.
