Job summary

TalentOne is seeking a Medications Process Specialist to support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner medication-management applications, acting as a functional expert for PharmNet, PowerOrders, PowerPlans, PBM, and Retail PharmNet. You will ensure safe, efficient pharmacy workflows and lead improvements across systems and processes.

The role requires strong domain knowledge in medication-management and extensive experience in healthcare IT, with a focus on end-user training and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare IT, pharmacy informatics, or clinical application-support.
• Hands-on experience with PharmNet, PBM, Retail PharmNet, or equivalent systems.
• Strong understanding of medication-management processes and patient safety.
• Experience in application support, testing, implementation, and end-user training.
• ITIL/PMP/CPHIMS certifications are preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimise Oracle Health/Cerner PharmNet, PBM, PowerOrders, PowerPlans, and Retail PharmNet.
• Act as SME for medication-management workflows and pharmacy operations.
• Resolve incidents, analyse issues, and coordinate enhancements with users, IT teams and vendors.
• Support system upgrades, testing, release management, and implementation activities.
• Improve medication safety and clinical workflows across pharmacy services.
• Lead or support AI and automation initiatives within pharmacy processes.
• Deliver user training, create job aids, and support adoption of new functionality.
• Assist with reporting, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management.

Requirements

• Experience in application support, testing, implementation, and end-user training.
• Health Informatics, Pharmacy Informatics, ITIL, PMP, or CPHIMS certification is preferred.
